We include a 1/16″ Hex Key with each Jamboxx Pro instrument. You can adjust the amount of airflow used to activate notes on the Jamboxx by adjusting the set screw on the mouthpiece using the hex key.
With the exit hole completely blocked off you can play with just the slightest pressure on the Jamboxx Pro mouthpiece. If you’d rather play the Jamboxx like a traditional wind instrument and move a lot of air through the mouthpiece you can unscrew the set screw completely or back it off a bunch.Turn the set screw clockwise to move the set screw deeper into the mouthpiece. Because the set screw intersects the exit holes of the mouthpiece about midway down, you actually may have to back out the set screw to block the exit holes. With each half turn of the Hex Key test the breath pressure until you find an airflow rate that works best for you.
